  Normally a not-too-difficult store to shop at. On this occasion I serched on line at the Home Depot site ahead of time and identified the ailse and bay where the product was located. My first two store contacts did not know the aisle location of "FA" which turned out to be "Front Apron" - the front of the store. My third contact knew the location and the fourth contact was able to locate where the item should have been, but the bin was empty. A scan of the barcode by the employee at the bay location indicated a quantity of 28 - the same number as shown on line, but none where available.
